The property is in need of a lot of maintenance and cleaning. The carpet in our room contained multiple large stains. Looking out our window we could see trash on the roof. The siding needed a good cleaning. The beds were sunken in the middle.

Our expectation is low since we’re in a small town. However, at time of check in, one used towel was hanging at back of bathroom door and used coffee left in coffee maker. Check in procedure was ok, it was done in a restaurant in separate building.
